My Experience in IT Company

Here I am posting my second blog. In this blog, I am going to tell you about my experience in IT Company.

First of all, thanks for your support on my first post. I don't waste time just come to the point and let's start.

My experience is wonderful. And I am very thankful for my mentor or manager.

Pick a good manager, not a good company.

Sounds great no, but it's true also. Because of my manager only who I am today "A responsible person". I respect him. He helped me a lot instead of getting angry always help me with a smile.

He doesn't give me a task unless he thinks I can do it. He always says take your time and understand the problem properly then start the work. And give me work one by one in increasing the level of difficulty. Because of him only I am able to understand the technology, business, and client requirements and how to deal with it.

I am lucky to get work under him, many employees didn't get this kind of manager who is like your mentor, and friend.
